What is Home Concierge?
Home Concierge is an online lifestyle management tool that organizes and manages all homes, activities and personal information from a secure website, giving you access to your information anytime and from anywhere - to simplify your life.

Do I download Home Concierge to my computer hard drive?
No, Home Concierge is not downloaded to your hard drive; it's web-based and stored on our secure servers. A great benefit of Home Concierge is its accessibility because all you need is an internet connection and you have access to all your important information.

Is Home Concierge compatible with my Mac? 
Yes - Home Concierge is compatible with Safari, Opera and Firefox browsers.  It is also compatible with the iPhone. 

How do I access my Home Concierge?
Just open your internet browser and go to our home page: www.BCBTechnologies.com. Click Customer Login and then enter your email address and password.

Is my information safe on the internet?
We use industry standard security practices including secure servers protected with firewalls, secure socket layers and encryption.  Also, we designed Home Concierge so you are not required to enter any sensitive identification information. 
 
How do I purchase Home Concierge?
Go to our website www.BCBTechnologies.com and click Buy Now.  You'll be directed to our shopping cart to place your order.

What if I'm not completely satisfied with Home Concierge?
We do not lock you into a contract because we're confident you'll find value in Home Concierge.  Subscriptions are yearly and you can cancel at the end of your cycle (we do not prorate or issue refunds).

How many documents can I store in the Document Directory?
A yearly subscription of Home Concierge includes 10 MG of document directory space.  Home Concierge will automatically inform you when you have used up the 10 MG of space.  If you find that you need more storage, you can purchase an additional 50 MG for $50 a year.

Can I store photos as well as documents in Home Concierge?
The document directory stores not only documents, but also photos and images as well.  You can store files such as Word, Excel, Pdf, Jpegs, and Gifs, to name a few.
